Smart Relocation is a dynamic brand of the law firm CrossBorder Corporate Law LLP, co-founded by Jéssika, a lawyer specializing in immigration and criminal law, and Gaëtan, a business strategy expert. Drawing on our rich experiences living in six different countries, we bring a global perspective and deep understanding to our work, enhancing our ability to manage complex relocation issues.
Our combined expertise defines the mission to provide personalized and efficient immigration services throughout Portugal, catering to individuals, families, and companies aiming to establish themselves in Portugal and Europe.

Gaëtan BRUNIN

Jéssika has been practicing law in Brazil since 2012 and in Portugal since 2019, specializing in criminal and human rights law. Her relocation to Portugal sparked a keen interest in immigration law, driven by her personal experiences with the complexities of moving abroad. As a committed advocate, Jéssika is passionate about improving the lives of immigrants through dedicated support and expert legal guidance.

Jessika AGUIAR

Rafaela, a University of Coimbra law graduate, has extensive experience in labor, contracts, and criminal law from leading firms in Porto. In 2020, inspired by aiding friends with their immigration challenges in Portugal, she chose to specialize in Migration Law. Rafaela is dedicated to providing her clients with the same passion and attention she brings to her role as a devoted mother.

Maria-Luiza graduated from the Faculty of Law of Lisbon in 2022. Her migration from Brazil to Portugal in 2018 sparked her interest in Immigration Law. Set to become a trainee lawyer in 2024, she is now specializing in labor and business law. Maria-Luiza is dedicated to supporting the legal team, ensuring prompt and thorough responses to client needs.
